It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Since you aren't being presented with an option to edit your account's information, I'd recommend checking your browser. I tested this myself in our test drive account and the option showed up for me. I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no subscribers reporting that they're unable to edit their account information.
